Tullamore are champions of Offaly for the 30th time after they managed to defend the Dowling Cup for the first time in just under 100 years.
Niall Stack's side were brought all the way by a dogged Ferbane side who held a four point lead at the break.
Accurate free taking from Harry Plunkett and John Furlong helped Tullamore reel in their opposition before injury time points from Daire McDaid and Diarmuid Egan won the defending champions a last ditch lead and the successful retention of the Offaly Senior Football Championship for the first time since 1926.
