Peter McGregor joins the men's senior team from Dunbeholden FC in Jamaica.
The 23 year old forward has hit nine goals from 34 appearances in the Jamaican Premier League.
The midlanders have also signed Jenaya Robertson from Shelbourne.
The canadian midfielder made just three substitute appearance for the Dublin club last year.
Robertson was crowned as the Canadian Player of the Year award at university level prior to her move to Europe.
