Athlone Town captain Laurie Ryan looks forward to their meeting with Shamrock Rovers on Saturday.
The only undefeated team left in the Women's Premier Division is heading to the Athlone Town Stadium this weekend.
Shamrock Rovers were impressive 5-0 winners over Cork City last time out while Tommy Hewitt's team were beaten 1-0 in another competitive battle against Shelbourne.
Rovers are back in women's top flight football after a near 10 year absence and went on an aggresive recruitment drive picking up first team players from the best clubs across the Premier Division, including Jessica Hennessy from Athlone Town.
