The Offaly man achieved back to back county finals with Shinrone.
After leading Shinrone to two consecutive county finals and their first ever senior hurling title, Trevor Fletcher has decided to step down from his role as manager.
The Kilcormac man completed three years at the helm with a devastating 18 point defeat to Kilcormac-Killoughey.
It was over the same opposition that Fletcher and Shinrone achieved a famous county success in 2022, beating KK by on a final scoreline of 26 points to 2-13.
Prior to Fletcher's arrival, Shinrone's only county final appearance came in 1960, when they lost to Drumcullen.
2022 Offaly SHC and 2033 finalists Shinrone are on the search for a new manager after Trevor Flecther stepped down this week. Having reached the summit of Offaly hurling with Shinrone for the first ever time it has been quite a journey for both himself and the club.
