The nominees for the intermediate grade have been announced.
Two of Westmeath Ladies' All-Ireland winning side have been nominated for player of the year honours.
Top scorer Sarah Dillon along with Lucy McCartan are among three nominees for the intermediate grade.
Sarah Dillon was Player of the Match for Westmeath in the All-Ireland Final victory over Wexford, and the Intermediate grade’s top scorer in 2021.
McCartan, who's also a distinguished soccer player with Peamount United in the Women's National League chipped in with 1-1 in the final win over Wexford last month.
Clare bowed out of the All-Ireland Championship at the quarter-final stage but O’Dea’s brilliant form yielded 3-13 for the Banner County and she’s been acknowledged by her peers with a nomination.
