Typhoon Not Expected To Interfere With Ireland Clash With Samoa

There are fears Saturday's game will be called off.

The typhoon which is expected to hit Japan this weekend is due to miss Fukuoka, where Ireland play Samoa in the final Rugby World Cup Pool A game for both sides on Saturday.

Instead, 'Typhoon Hagibis' could be bound for Yokohama, where hosts Japan are set to take on Scotland on Sunday.

The Irish squad trained this morning.

Jordi Murphy is the only player who sat out the session, but he is due back on the paddock on Thursday.

Joey Carbery played at 10 in training today, but is happy to take to the pitch anywhere.
