Moate man dislocates knee during bout
Moate light-heavyweight Joe Ward last night issued a statement to say that the injury he sustained during his first professional fight at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night is only a short term problem.
During the second round of his bout against Marcus Delgado he dislocated his kneecap and couldn't continue.
It's hope that Ward will be able to continue training after treatment.
