Offaly were impressive 10 points winners over Clare Intermediates in the first round, while Westmeath will be looking to bounce back from their opening day defeat to Cork's Intermediate team.
The Faithful County take on Cork at the Cork Camogie Grounds at 2pm on Saturday.
Westmeath will face the Leinster Intermediate Champions Wexford, the Yellowbellies were well beaten in their first round against Galway last week.
That game throws-in at 2pm at Buffers Alley GAA Club in Wexford.
