The Lake County claimed an impressive 3-15 to 0-12 win away to Longford, with all three of their goals coming in the space of five minutes.
Substitues Finn Brennan and Josh Murtagh scored vital goals, adding to Darragh Murray's first goal after 40 minutes.
Stephen McWade was also in fine form, ending the game with 0-4.
Westmeath's next game is against Dublin next Tuesday.
