Caoimhe O'Brien carried the classification's white jersey throughout the week.
Mullingar's Caoimhe O'Brien has been crowned this year's Ras na mBan Best Young Rider.
It comes after the Westmeath cyclist carried the white jersey from the first stage all the way through to the conclusion of the race.
The national U23 champion also claimed stage honours when leading a group of 23 riders over the finish line in Mountrath on Thursday.
O'Brien's teammate Mia Griffin meanwhile became the first Irish woman to win the Ras na mBan since Olivia Dillon in 2013.
Griffin won stages one and three on her way to claiming the magenta jersey.
Elsewhere, Team UCD Cycling Club, which includes Offaly's Ellen McDermott, won the Best Irish Team classification.
