The Tailteann Cup preliminary quarter finals take place this weekend.
Westmeath will meet Laois in a midlands derby in the next round of the Tailteann Cup.
Laois were consigned to third place in their group despite winning their last group outing against Offaly on Saturday evening, while Westmeath fell to Limerick in Portlaoise that afternoon to miss out on top spot in their group.
Elsewhere in the preliminary quarter final draw, Offaly will welcome New York to Tullamore on Saturday from 2pm, with Westmeath playing host to Laois in Cusack Park in Mullingar at 5pm.
On Sunday, it's Wexford against Antrim, while Sligo take on Carlow.
Westmeath manager Dermot McCabe says he's disappointed with what his side produced against Limerick:
