The Lake County take on Offaly in a midlands derby this weekend.

Westmeath are preparing to get their Very Camogie League campaign underway this weekend with a midlands derby against Offaly.

The Lake County are facing into back to back away games before they welcome Carlow to Raharney next month.

Crookedwood's Julie McLoughlin, and Aoife O'Malley of Raharney have been named as the captain and vice-captain of this year's intercounty team.
