Westmeath Hurlers Look To Salvage Their League Campaign In O'Connor Park

It's been a tough league for the midlanders.

Westmeath hurlers will look to salvage their league campaign this weekend as they travel to midland neighbours Offaly in the Natioanl Hurling League Division 1B.

Seoirse Bulfin's team have lost all three league games played so far, most recently going down to a heavy defeat at home to fellow midlanders Laois.

Midlands 103 commentator Gerry Buckley says a loss to Offaly would be the final nail in the coffin for the Lake County.
