Frank Browne's side booked their place in the final four with a 3-12 to 3-7 win over Wexford in Cusack Park yesterday.
Goals from Amy Wilson and Aoife Fortune gave Wexford the lead at half time, with Katie Kilmurray finding the net for Westmeath.
However, second half goals from Anna Jones and Aoife Keegan saw the Lake County push on and secure the win despite a late Anna Hughes goal for Wexford.
Westmeath will now face Roscommon in two weeks time for a place in the All-Ireland Final.
