With two rounds now complete, it's still not clear as to who will come out on top for this year's championship.
In section A of the Westmeath Senior Football Championship, reigning champions The Down's were held to a 1-08 to 0-11 draw with Killucan. Luke Loughlin's goal looked to have sealed the win, before a late Devin Hill point meant a share of the points.
Caulry claimed their first win of the season with a 1-15 to 1-12 win over Tyrellspass, with Senan Baker and Conor McCormack scoring a combined 1-07. League Champions Coralstown-Kinnegad secured a draw with last year's beaten finalists St Loman's as the score line ended 1-11 each in a highly entertaining affair.
In section B, Tang made it two wins from two with a 2-10 to 2-08 win over Athlone. The sides were level with 10 minutes left, but two points from Adam Neary and one from Conall McKiernan secured them another two points in the table.
There was also wins for Mullingar Shamrocks as they were comfortable 1-09 to 0-03 winners over Shandonagh, while Moate All Whites were seven point winners over Garrycastle on a scoreline of 0-14 to 0-07.
The third round is set to take place in two weeks time.
