Saturday's sole fixture sees champions Castletown Geoghegan take on Fr Dalton's.
Alan Mangan's side secured a resounding victory over Clonkill in round three, with his side scoring an impressive 6-26, which included five second half goals.
Their opponents claimed a six point win over Castlepollard, despite trailing by six at half time, they rallied in the second half to outscore their opponents in the second half 3-9 to 0-3 to register a first win of the season.
That game throws in at 6:30pm in Killucan.
On Sunday, the action gets underway with Raharney facing Castlepollard at 4:15pm in Cusack Park.
Raharney will be aiming to get back to winning ways after suffering an eight point defeat to Lough Lene Gaels, while Castlepollard are looking to bounce back following their second half collapse against Fr Dalton's.
Finally, Clonkill are hoping to put their last game behind them as they take on Lough Lene Gaels at 6:00pm from Cusack Park.
A win for Lough Lene Gaels will be their third of the campaign.
