Reigning champions Castletown Geoghegan will not return to the final this year.

Lough Lene Gaels have earned a spot in the Westmeath Senior Hurling Championship final.

A late Derek McNicholas goal was enough for his side to take a narrow victory over reigning champion Castletown Geoghegan at Lakepoint Park.
