The Lake County were scheduled to face Louth in Mullingar
Westmeath's Leinster Under 20 Football Championship opener against Louth this evening has been postponed.
The game was originally scheduled to take place at Lakepoint Park in Mullingar but the pitch has been deemed unplayable.
An alternative venue in Kinnegad has also been deemed unplayable.
It follows the Lake County's minor hurling championship opener in Longford being cancelled for the same reason yesterday evening.
Laois against Longford in O'Moore Park goes ahead along with Wexford against Dublin, Carlow against Meath and Wicklow versus Kildare.
Offaly begin their campaign against Kildare next Wednesday.
