The fate of Willie Maher as Laois senior hurling manager will be dictated by results, according to county chair, PJ Kelly.
The Tipperary man endured a tricky first year over the county, suffering relegation from division one of the league, and missing out narrowly on a Joe McDonagh Cup final.
Maher's backroom team is changed over for 2024.
Ex-Tipp selector Brian Horgan, goalkeeping coach Paul Dermody from the Kildare set-up, Dave Moriarty and Michael Connolly join Ballinakill's Eamon Jackman who remains from last year.
