Wicklow will now face Antrim, hoping to avoid heading to the Junior ranks.
Offaly will retain their Intermediate status heading into next season.
The Faithful County ensured they wouldn't be playing Junior football in 2025 after getting the best of Wicklow in the Relegation Semi-Final.
The final score in Crettyard GAA on Sunday was 3-11 to 0-10.
The result means Wicklow and Antrim will face-off in a relegation play-off this Sunday, with the loser heading to the Junior ranks for next season.
Antrim were bested by Cavan in the other semi-final, with that game finishing on 3-11 to 0-7.
