Offaly's Championship campaign ended in O'Connor Park on Tuesday night.
Laois and Westmeath secured progress in the Leinster Under 20 Football Championship last night, while Offaly lost their must-win meeting with Dublin in Tullamore.
Laois were 1-12 to 1-7 winners over Meath, and go straight to a provincial semi final.
Westmeath overcame Wexford 1-16 to 1-9 and move on to play Meath in the quarter finals.
Offaly were beaten by 6 points in O'Connor Park by Dublin, that game finished 1-15 to 1-9.
