The Irish athlete believes women are leading Irish weightlifting forward.
Women are leading the sport of weightlifting in Ireland according to Westmeath lifter Ailbhe Mulvihill.
The Irish champion at 64kg believes the sport has better female representation than most.
Mulvihill was most recently lifting for Ireland at the European Championships in Sofia earlier this year when she cleared her on PB by 3kg in the clean and jerk.
