An Offaly man has released his new song following his struggles with addiction.
James McKelvey from Shinrone, overcame personal challenges and has come out the other end with a brand new song to show for it called 'See Me Now'.
He began writing this song while getting treatment and during a relapse the song was put on the back burner - since then he has come out of it stronger than ever and has learned to 'take every day as it comes'.
He spoke with Midlands 103's Courtney Callaghan about his upcoming live gigs and more music that is on the way:
