Those over the age of 65, along with homeowners and people who are retired, report the highest levels of happiness.
Data from the CSO shows overall, just over a quarter of the population feel a high level of satisfaction with in their life. Women were more likely to report feeling depressed, however, men are more likely to feel lonely.
