The Midlands is "missing a trick" when it comes to benefitting from campervan sites - that's the view of a Laois blogger. CSO statistics show 21,666 campervans and motorvans have been registered in Ireland, with around 8,000 of those being first time registrations since 2020. Laois blogger John Whelan runs Vanhalla- Camping Heaven which runs as a resource for tourists planning motorhome trips.
