Paul Byron Shoes is currently seeking to recruit a Store Manager to join our team in Mullingar. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a person who has experience managing teams and maximising productivity and the ability to work independently.

The Role of a Store Manager will include the following responsibilities:

• Building a close relationship with your staff.
• Drive Sales and Service across the store
• Ensure fantastic customer service is delivered at all times
• Merchandising
• Cash handling and stock loss procedures
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and operational guidelines

The Experience required for the role:

• 2-3 Years Retail Management Experience
• A good influencer and customer focused
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Available for weekend work
