68% of Generation Z say depression and anxiety are the biggest issues facing their generation.
A new survey shows feelings of anxiety among young people have increased by more than 110% in the past two years.
The research by Young Social Innovators shows 32 percent of people aged 12 to 27 years old describe their mood as anxious, a 133% increase since 2019.
The study surveyed more than a thousand people from so called 'Generation Z', who were born between 1995 and 2010.
68% say depression and anxiety are the biggest issues facing their generation, while 60% were worried about their future.
