The overall figure is down 1 per cent on 2019.
More than 6,570 women accessed abortion services in 2020, marking a drop of 1 per cent on the previous year.
The overwhelming majority of these terminations were carried out on women who were in the early stages of their pregnancy.
The figures from the Department of Health show 60 women in Laois, 67 in Offaly and 108 in Westmeath terminated pregnancies last year.
