32,000 People Impacted By HSE Have Been Notified

Officials from the HSE were before the Public Accounts Committee today.

Around 220 people who were affected by the cyber attack have asked the HSE for more information.

The Health Service says it's due to contact about 100,000 people whose data was accessed back then - by April.

Officials from the HSE told the Public Accounts Committee, which is chaired by Laois Offaly Sinn Fein TD Brian Stanley, that just over 32,000 letters have been issued.
