393 homes across the Midlands are being returned to use through support from the Vacant and Derelict Property Grants.

€7.8 million has been paid out in the grants in Laois, with just under €5.8 million was paid out in Offaly.
Since the scheme’s launch in July 2022, 14,377 grant applications have been approved, with 6,312 grant payments being issued following the completion of works.
Donegal County Council has achieved a record level of grant approvals, providing €30.9 million in funding to restore 542 properties to use.
