Almost 400 Patients Waiting On Trolleys Today

University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected hospital.

398 people are waiting for beds in hospitals around the country this morning.

INMO figures show 270 are in emergency departments, while 128 are in wards.

University Hospital Limerick is once again the worst affected by overcrowding, with 88 patients on trolleys.

That's followed by 39 at Sligo University Hospital, and 35 at St. Vincent's University Hospital
 in Dublin.

There are 5 patients on trolleys in the midlands, three are in Portlaoise and two in Mullingar.
