A decision on the development is due by the 9th of August.
Nearly 50 new homes could be coming to the midlands soon.
PMB Construction is seeking planning permission from Offaly County Council for 48 residential units in Edenderry.
The development would consist of 39 apartments, which would be a mix of one and two-bed units, and nine, three-bed terrace houses.
The sites would be based to the north of Main Street and south of the Edenderry Shopping Centre.
A decision from the local authority is due by the 9th of August.
