A club presentation ceremony was organised last week.
A Westmeath man has been presented with a county minor medal, 60 years on from winning it.
Oliver Mulvey won the county minor championship with Mullingar Shamrocks back in 1961, but missed out on the presentation ceremony.
Inspired by a "Remember The Team" feature on the club's social media, he got in touch and a presentation ceremony was organised.
Club PRO Tom Hunt says, the 60 year wait made the occasion all the more memorable.
