The Government insist the housing of refugees in a midlands barracks is "temporary" and "appropriate".
Last month, protestors blocked a bus entering Columb Barracks in Mullingar.
It came after a proposal that up to 120 single male refugees were to be accommodated in tents on the site.
Approximately 80,000 Ukrainians have arrived in Ireland in the last year.
