A Minor Injuries Clinic is available for those over 16 at Charter Medical Private Hospital in Ballinderry, Mullingar.
They will see people with the following injuries:
o Suspected broken bones to arm (from collar bone to fingertip)
o Suspected broken bones in legs (from knees to toes)
o Sprains and strains
o Wounds, bites (animal or insect) cuts, grazes and scalp laceration
o Minor burns and scalds
o Foreign bodies
o Minor chest injuries
However, anyone who attends the ED and is in need of urgent care, will be prioritised.
