Members of Bord Bia have been calling for Larry Murrin to step down as Chair.
The Minister for Agriculture is set to establish an expert-led governance review to resolve a dispute between the Irish Farmers' Association and Bord Bia.
The IFA has been in a stand off with Bord Bia since it emerged its Chair Larry Murrin's company Dawn Farms has been importing Brazilian beef.
It's understood the review will consider concerns raised by the IFA.
