Members of Bord Bia have been calling for Larry Murrin to step down as Chair.
The Minister for Agriculture is set to establish an expert-led governance review to resolve a dispute between the Irish Farmers' Association and Bord Bia.

It's understood the review will consider concerns raised by the IFA.
IFA President Ballinakill's Francie Gorman says the latest audit published by the EU Commission into controls in Brazil highlights the absence of controls when it comes to the use of banned hormones.
