Almost €100K Going To Midlands Community Water Development

Over €2.4m is available nationwide.

The midlands is set to receive almost €100,000 from Community Water Development Fund Grants. 

Over €2.4m in funding is being made available for initiatives aimed at improving water standards across the country. 

The Killeshin Waterworks Committee will receive over €28,000 in Laois, with almost €15,000 being rewarded to Mountmellick Women’s Shed and over seven and a half thousand towards Portlaoise Tidy Towns. 

Ballinahown Community Development Co Ltd will generate over €25,000 in Westmeath, with Rahan Community Hall to receive €18,000 in Offaly. 

Lough Ennell Catchment Association in Westmeath is also getting five thousand in Catchment Support Fund Grants.
