The event takes place Tuesday in Mullingar.
An awareness session aiming to inform and support local communities on issues surrounding dementia is being held in Westmeath next week.
The Alzheimer Society of Ireland is hosting dementia awareness sessions next Tuesday at 2pm, 4pm and 6pm in Buckleys Supermarket, on Austin Friar's in Mullingar.
The goal is to help individuals with the condition and their loved ones remain connected and engaged in their communities as part of their ongoing efforts to educate people about the different types of dementia.
