Gardaí in Laois have arrested a second disqualified driver today.
The motorist was detected by the Roads Policing Unit with the Mobility App, and failed a roadside test for alcohol.
The individual will appear in court at a later date.
Another disqualified motorist was arrested in Portlaoise earlier this morning, after being caught holding a phone while driving.
