Anti-Racism Funding Granted For Offaly And Westmeath Groups

ODVSS and the International Disapora Forum will get funding for their services.

Over €25,000 is going to organisations in Offaly and Westmeath in this year's Ireland Against Racism Fund.

Offaly Domestic Violence Support Service is getting a grant of €10,000 for their "Bridging the Gap" programme.

The scheme focuses on making their services accessible for ethnic minorities.

While Blackwater Training also gets €10,000 for their Pathways to Participation programme in Westmeath.

The International Diaspora Forum gets over €5,800 for next year's edition of their "Athlone Stands Together" event for World Racism Day.
