Anxiety and depression are the most commonly reported mental health issues in the midlands.

Analysis by Turn2Me has found people in Offaly and Westmeath are more likely to report dealing with anxiety, while in Laois, it's depression.

The charity is asking people to take care of themselves, with a combination of 'January blues' and the cold, dark conditions of winter.
