The incident happened over the bank holiday weekend.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a road collision in Offaly.
The crash happened on February 2nd between 6:40pm and 9pm in Cloniffeen Shannonbridge.
Gardaí are looking for the drivers of two vehicles that were seen in the area at the time.
The driver of a white mini bus travelling on the Shannonbridge to Cloghan Road, that stopped at the scene and transported a man with a leg injury to Tullamore Hospital.
And the driver of a red car, who came upon the scene around the same time.
There was a festival taking place in Shannonbrige that night.
