15-year-old Evan Dennehy, who is missing from his home in Ballybrittas, was last seen in Portlaoise early yesterday morning.
He is described as being 6ft 1' in height, slight build, with short dark brown hair and brown eyes.
Gardaí and Evan's family are concerned for his welfare.
