The Ambassador of Argentina is set to visit a Midlands library this month.
Her Excellency, Ana Laura Cachaza, will visit Mullingar Library on Tuesday, 24 February, to mark the end of the Argentina Emigration Oral History Project.
The project's aim is to preserve the stories of people in Longford and Westmeath who have family connections to the south American Country.
The event will also include a formal presentation to participants with copies of their interviews, recognising their contribution to the
project.
The event in Mullingar Library will begin at 2.30 on 24 February, and all are welcome to attend.
