Best In Class Celebrated At Midlands 103 Customer Service Awards

This year's sold out gala event took place at the Tullamore Court Hotel.

The best of customer service in the Midlands is being celebrated after the 2026 Midlands 103 Customer Services Awards at the Tullamore Court Hotel.

61 awards winners were honoured for excellence in everything from hair and beauty, to construction and agriculture in Laois, Offaly and Westmeath.

The seventh renewal of the event, proudly sponsored by Dovida, was attending by over 500 people at the sold-out gala event.

The awards collected 14,000 listener votes across more than 60 categories.

The winners were selected by an independent team of judges with expertise from the worlds of makeup artistry, travel, and entertainment.

This year's overall Customer Service Award Winner is Scally's Centra in Tullamore.

Radiant by Hannah Kelly picked up the prize for Beauty Salon of the Year, while this year's recipient of James O'Connor Tradesperson of the Year is Mark Cooper Heating & Plumbing, in Portarlington.

Speaking at the event, Midlands 103 Managing Director, Will Faulkner said:

"At at time of high inflation, customers become more price sensitive, and this makes the smile, the warm welcome, and the extra attenio to detail all the more important.

Every company and individial on the shortlist, got that far because the excel at what they do."

This year's award winners were chosen by international makeup artist James MacInerney, award winning content creator Amanda Woods, consumer expert Rory King, from Rory's Travel Club, along with business owner and highly repsected beauty industry figure Jade Kirwan.
