The book is called 'The Place That Has Never Been Wounded'.
Niall Breslin is set to launch his new mindfulness book in Westmeath.
The well known musician and podcaster, also known as Bressie, is hosting the event at 2210 Patisserie in Mullingar on Friday, February 27th, at 7pm.
The book 'The Place That Has Never Been Wounded' accompanies his album of the same name, released in October, and explores mindfulness through personal reflections on outward success.
It invites readers to slow down, and release what no longer serves them.
The evening will have conversation, reflection and live piano performances from the album.
