Enoch Burke's family has been banned from attending his High Court cases for consistently interrupting its proceedings, according to the Journal.ie
The ruling, made this morning, bans Issac, Ammi, and Martina Burke from any cases involving Mr Burke and his dismissal from Wilson's Hospital School in Westmeath.
It also extends to hearing relating to the Disciplinary Appeals Panel involved in his case, and the Disciplinary Panel of the Teaching Council.
Justice Brian Cregan said their behaviour has been indefensible, unacceptable, and an afront to the administration of justice.
