Bus Eireann, the Department of Transport, or the Department of Education must take responsibility for school bus transport scheme issues.
That's the opinion of Longford Westmeath Fianna Fáil TD Robert Troy.
Deputy Troy says Bus Éireann won't engage with school authorities and a number of students in his constituency are locked out of the scheme unfairly.
He's questioning why a report into the school transport system that was meant to be completed before this school year, still hasn't been published:
