They're delivering a letter to Westmeath County Council.
People are being asked to join a march on Mullingar this morning.
A demonstration is starting at Market Square at 11 o'clock - to highlight the effect the town enhancement works is having on local business.
The group is marching to the Westmeath County Council offices, to ask for traffic to be allowed flow freely through the town again.
Mullingar Town Team says there's been chaos for the past two months, with the new traffic management and Smart Lights system.
