Calls For Faster Infrastructure Planning Ahead Of Budget 2027

The CIF warns that delays are hindering Ireland’s housing, infrastructure and economic growth goals.

The Government is being urged to prioritise measures that improve the speed and efficiency of infrastructure planning and delivery in Budget 2027. 

The Construction Industry Federation is warning that ongoing delays are undermining Ireland's ability to achieve its housing, infrastructure and economic growth objectives. 

A public meeting in Offaly last night, organised by Independent Ireland and Futurecast CEO JJ O'Hara told the Shannonbridge community of 35 to 45 potential jobs if the company gets to zone land for a hub of fire testing portacabins and modular buildings.
